You can choose to be an associate at the company, a franchisee of the company’s operation, or simply an investor. Below are brief descriptions of the three categories of participation.

Partner

Qualification

To become a partner, one needs to have track record of business operation experience and management success, in addition to the required capital injection.

Responsibilities

Partners are required to participate in The Company’s daily operation activities.

Rights

Besides being paid at pre-determined wages for their daily activities at The Company, partners are entitled to be rewarded with the profits from The Company’s operation at an annual basis, proportional to their shares at The Company.

Franchisee

Qualification

To obtain the right to perform business operation using the company’s business model and under The Company’s name, one need to have prior experience in business operation and demonstrated self-discipline in protocol following.

Responsibilities

Franchisees are required to following the business model established at The Company and fulfill all the duties outlined in the Franchise Agreement.

Rights

Franchisees are entitled to the use of the business model established at The Company in their own operation, free website provided by the company, free marketing services launched by The Company, free business management software, and other logistics services regarding business operation, advertising, bookkeeping, etc.

Investor

Qualification

Must meet the minimum investment requirement approved by all partners at The Company.

Responsibilities

Investors may, but are not required to, participate in The Company’s policy-making process.

Rights

Investors are entitled to be rewarded with the profits from The Company’s operation at an annual basis, proportional to their shares at The Company.
